I must have "sweater weather" on my mind lately because I've made several necklaces that look wonderful when paired with snuggly sweaters and jeans.  Add a pair of boots to match the equestrian theme of this gorgeous necklace, and you are all set!  

The pendant is a replica of a Belgium Hainaut Horse Coin.  The coin is a lovely burnished silver color, contrasting with the shiny gold bezel.  (I do love mixed-metal jewelry because it is so versatile.)  

The coin is large (2.25 inches long) and is paired with a 24k gold-filled chain. Necklace length is 30 inches.
