Shipping Times

After receiving your order confirmation e-mail, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We will be glad to offer a full refund minus shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 30 business days of the order date for a full refund, less shipping. Returns must be in original, unworn condition, including all packaging, and shipped in the same or similar manner as was received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

We process returns within five business days of receiving your package. Please remember that holidays and special events may result in longer processing times. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your return is processed.

RETURN CONDITION

 

All items must be unworn and in their original condition. 

 

Jennifer Maier Jewelry branded gift bags, boxes, and packaging must be included with all returns.

 

REFUNDS 

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Store Credit). The return balance will be issued as a store credit if the original payment method is unavailable or canceled. Original shipment fees and return shipment fees are non-refundable. 

 

EXCHANGES 

 

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in new/unworn condition.

 

CANCELLATIONS/DAMAGES

 

Please contact us at jennifermaierjewelry@gmail.com if you would like to cancel or modify an order. Please include your full name, order number, and request in the e-mail. Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us as soon as possible at jennifermaierjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

We will send you an e-mail once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • 02. Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you have yet to receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for verification.

  • 03. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with us immediately at jennifermaierjewerly@gmail.com. We cannot make changes to your order once it ships.

  • 04. Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

  • 05. After orders are processed and shipped, delivery time is based mainly on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
